Need some help with day-to-day whole food, plant-based meal preparation? This class will help! Learn some basic recipes and techniques to make your healthy lifestyle work ever yday. Nutritionist Christine Kestner will present ideas for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks or appetizers. Participants will be offered samples and recipes to take home.

Join area lyme disease support and information group Lyme Alive and guest speaker Stacie Hagga, RD, CLT on Saturday, Feb 23rd at the Sanctuary Wellness Center from 2-4 PM.

Stacie is the owner of Stacie Hagga, RD, CLT Nutrition and Wellness, and is passionate about helping people find better health by changing their diet. She will be discussing the role that nutrition plays in managing lyme disease and other tick-borne illnesses.

As always, all of our meetings are open to the public. There is also the option to come to the meeting at 1 for free Tai Chi, taught by Adrian VanKeuren of Therapeutic Tai Chi.
