Color Your Stress Away is a fun and relaxing workshop where you will be pampered and allowed to reconnect with your inner child. It will be co-facilitated by Jen Roszelle of Living in Abundance and Leigh Jenks, Board Certified Music Therapist of Awakened Potential.

During this 2 hour class, you will learn about stress, the effects of stress on your body, as well as easy techniques to help you cope with everyday stressors. You will be guided through a music and meditation experience where you will connect with your breathing, images, and emotions through music.

Following the meditation, participants will engage in an art experience to further engage in relaxation as well as to assist in reflecting on their meditation. Participants are encouraged to bring their favorite adult coloring book with them. Other coloring cards and mandalas will be provided and available to use during class.
