Our Support Group –Navigating Life with Genetic Mutations is a safe space created for members in need to learn to thrive and adapt to their situation. Group members are encouraged to share: resources, recipes and strategies, to advocate for, to offer coping skills with invited Guest Speakers, practice stress reduction tips dos and don’ts, to ask for support, to offer support, and simply to share space “what worked for me” and “what didn’t work for me”. The group includes members dealing with Chronic Illness, MTHFR-Genetic Mutations and Mast Cell Activation Disorders to help each other navigate life and the ups and downs that come with it.

“If you REMOVE the I from ILLNESS and replace it with WE then you get WELLNESS”. Together may WE assist one another on our road to Wellness and that is the Goal of this group to help others suffer less and heal physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

“So, what do you have to offer our group and what do you want to receive from us?”
