*In-person instruction is available on a limited basis for Thursday 5:45pm Gentle Flow only. Class is limited to 10 participants, and pre-registration is required. All classes will be still offered virtually via Zoom, and recorded for replays on YouTube for those unable to participate “live.”

MEDITATION: Yoga Nidra 6-Week Series – Online!

Tuesdays, 5:00-5:45pm

Starting August 4

Gayle Bohlman will be offering a series of classes for learning yoga nidra meditation, a guided meditation practice that is deeply restorative and is easily available to beginners. The word nidra in Sanskrit means sleep. In this meditation practice a deep relaxation is achieved and the brain waves slow and deepen into the threshold of sleep. This threshold is a meditative space offering rest, healing, insight and spiritual resources. The practice is done in a comfortable position lying down, guided into body centered attention and accessing resting in awareness.

Classes will be offered in an online format now for safety. Please consider joining for the whole series, or weekly as you are able. Gayle is trained and certified as an irest yoga nidra teacher, and in the Amrit yoga nidra tradition. Come and discover the benefits of this gift to yourself, the gifts of restoration, peace, well-being, joy, and union.

$10 per session, or $50 for all six sessions

On Hold: Mindful Methods to Manage Your Mental Health

A class of 6-8 people meet weekly to learn about, practice, support and share skills to live the best versions of themselves.  Topics will include healthy relationships, healthy communication, meditation and mindfulness, grief and loss, family dynamics, relaxation and stress relief, neuroscience of well-being, and anger management. 

Each one-hour class is $30 or you can purchase a four pack of classes for $100.
