Monday – 545pm – Vinyasa Flow – VIRTUAL
Class focuses on alignment and modifications while safely building strength and flexibility. This heated, vinyasa flow is open to all levels.
Wednesday – 630am – Sunrise Yoga – VIRTUAL
Come in to class before your work day starts and get your yoga in early! Rising with the sun will start your day off right and leave you feeling energized, connected, and at peace for the rest of your day. Sunrise yoga will be held every Wednesday morning. This is an all levels morning flow that will have a set sequence that changes monthly.
Thursday – 545pm – Relax & Renew – VIRTUAL
A gentle class that provides an opportunity for profound relaxation and healing. Poses are typically held for 3-5 minutes in a fully supported and nurturing way using props. Great for those looking to relax, renew, restore and heal. Those with injuries and other physical limitations are welcome to join this practice. That feeling right after a good savasana? That’s the feeling of the whole class! Extra special touches that will accompany class are: essential oil aromatherapy + reiki infused savasana.
Saturday – 900am – Gentle Flow – VIRTUAL
a more basic class, with longer holds and more grounding postures. A nice place for new practitioners , or the athlete who needs to slow down. This class will concentrate on a more basic postures, hip openers, forward folds as well as restorative stretching to release any unnecessary stress
Sunday – 900am – Soulful Yoga – VIRTUAL
A Sunday morning yoga flow class incorporating music and an inspiring message to help energize the body and renew the spirit. This class is a combination of meditation, vinyasa flow, deep stretches and breath-work to spark connection to the authentic self. All souls welcome.

Join meditation guide Mercia de Melo for a time of quieting our minds and opening up space for creation and inspiration.Mercia will teach participants in this 5-week series how to meditate, and will explore different types of meditation to access the field of all possibilities.

NEW! Mindful Methods to Manage Your Mental Health

7:15-8:15pm Mondays, Beginning February 24
A class of 6-8 people will meet weekly to learn about, practice, support and share skills to live the best versions of themselves. Topics will include healthy relationships, healthy communication, meditation and mindfulness, grief and loss, family dynamics, relaxation and stress relief, neuroscience of well-being, and anger management.
Each one-hour class is $30 or you can purchase a four pack of classes for $100.
