A meditation class taught by a rotating selection of skilled instructors trained in Zen, yogic, Tibetan, music, somatic, and/or MBSR-informed meditation styles.

Class focuses on alignment and modifications while safely building strength and flexibility. This heated, vinyasa flow is open to all levels.

SATURDAYS

9-10am: Gentle Flow

This is a basic vinyassa flow class for those looking to slow it down and hold postures longer

WELLNESS WEDNESDAYS

 

 

Every Wednesday, 1-5pm

Come to The Sanctuary Wellness center on Wednesdays  for homeopathic care, and leave with a remedy.
Classical Certified Homeopath Kathy Miller offers acute care treatment with homeopathic remedies for colds, flu symptoms, earaches in children, fevers, stomach complaints or just feeling “blah”. Come by for a homeopathic remedy and leave with a smile!

Come by to talk about homeopathy and see if it is right for you or your family to use as part of your long-term wellness plan.

TAI CHI FOR HEALTH: BEGINNER’S CLASS

Mondays 9-10am

Wednesdays 6:30-7:30pm

$10 Per person per class, cash only

Advance registration is appreciated, but walk-ins are welcome

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese practice, and medicine, that has the potential to rejuvenate the entire body with daily practice. Our class will focus on the principals and philosophies of Tai Chi, and the health benefits of each posture as we learn the Yang 37 Posture Short Form over the coming months. This class will be perfect for beginners, and anyone wanting to explore the numerous health benefits of Tai Chi practice.
