YOGA AT THE SANCTUARY

MONDAYS
5:45-6:45pm: VINYASA FLOW
Class focuses on alignment and modifications while safely building strength and flexibility. This heated, vinyasa flow is open to all levels.
THURSDAYS
5:45-6:45pm: RELAX & RENEW
A gentle class that provides an opportunity for profound relaxation and healing. Poses are typically held for 3-5 minutes in a fully supported and nurturing way using props. Great for those looking to relax, renew, restore and heal. Those with injuries and other physical limitations are welcome to join this practice. That feeling right after a good savasana? That’s the feeling of the whole class! Extra special touches that will accompany class are: warm or cool towels (seasonal) using essential oil aromatherapy + reiki infused savasana.
SATURDAYS
9-10am: Gentle Flow
A more basic class, with longer holds and more grounding postures. A nice place for new practitioners , or the athlete who needs to slow down. This class will concentrate on a more basic postures, hip openers, forward folds as well as restorative stretching to release any unnecessary stress

MIDWEEK MEDITATION
Through December 18
Resuming after the holidays on January 8
7:30-8:30pm Join meditation guide Mercia deMelo for a time of quieting our minds and opening up space for creation and inspiration.Mercia will teach participants in this 5-week series how to meditate, and will explore different types of meditation to access the field of all possibilities.4 sessions for $40, or drop-in for $15 per session.

TAI CHI FOR HEALTH: BEGINNER’S CLASS

Continuing Wednesdays through December 17, 6:00-7:00pm
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese practice, and medicine, that has the potential to rejuvenate the entire body with daily practice. Our class will focus on the principals and philosophies of Tai Chi, and the health benefits of each posture as we learn the Yang 37 Posture Short Form over the coming months. This class will be perfect for beginners, and anyone wanting to explore the numerous health benefits of Tai Chi practice.
$10 Per person per class, or purchase class passes
