YOGA AT THE SANCTUARY

5:45-6:45pm: VINYASA FLOW
Class focuses on alignment and modifications while safely building strength and flexibility. This heated, vinyasa flow is open to all levels.
9-10am: Gentle Flow
This is a basic vinyassa flow class for those looking to slow it down and hold postures longer

TAI CHI FOR HEALTH: BEGINNER’S CLASS

Please note: There will be no Tai Chi class on Memorial Day, Monday, May 27!
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese practice, and medicine, that has the potential to rejuvenate the entire body with daily practice. Our class will focus on the principals and philosophies of Tai Chi, and the health benefits of each posture as we learn the Yang 37 Posture Short Form over the coming months. This class will be perfect for beginners, and anyone wanting to explore the numerous health benefits of Tai Chi practice.
