YOGA AT THE SANCTUARY

With Amy Hope-Gentry

New Classes!

TUESDAYS

NEW! 10-11am – BASIC FLOW

New to yoga? If so, this class is a good place to begin. In this class, you will learn the basic postures of vinyasa yoga and basic alignment principles. Fewer postures will be practiced at a slower pace, making the setting ideal for asking questions

6-7pm: All Levels Flow

From beginner to advanced, this vinyassa flow class allows multiple options for a pose while still flowing with breath.

THURSDAYS

NEW! 7-8pm – YIN YOGA

Yin is performed to stretch the connective tissues of the body. Primary connective tissues include the hips, thighs and lower spinal area. These types of tissues do not stretch the muscles (as in the yang form of yoga) but they stretch and exercise the bone and joints areas of the body. This type of asana practice is beneficial to a wide variety of people. Yin yoga is a perfect match for yang yoga, and provides a deeper stretch.

SATURDAYS

9-10am: Gentle Flow

This is a basic vinyassa flow class for those looking to slow it down and hold postures longer

PRICING

5 Class Pass: $68

10 Class Pass: $120
