YOGA AT THE SANCTUARY

5:45-6:45pm: VINYASA FLOW
Class focuses on alignment and modifications while safely building strength and flexibility. This heated, vinyasa flow is open to all levels.
10-11am: BASIC FLOW
New to yoga? If so, this class is a good place to begin. In this class, you will learn the basic postures of vinyasa yoga and basic alignment principles. Fewer postures will be practiced at a slower pace, making the setting ideal for asking questions
9-10am: Gentle Flow
This is a basic vinyassa flow class for those looking to slow it down and hold postures longer
5 Class Pass: $68
10 Class Pass: $120
Drop In: $15
Summer Class Pass Special: $30 for 3 classes!

TAI CHI FOR HEALTH: BEGINNER’S CLASS

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese practice, and medicine, that has the potential to rejuvenate the entire body with daily practice. Our class will focus on the principals and philosophies of Tai Chi, and the health benefits of each posture as we learn the Yang 37 Posture Short Form over the coming months. This class will be perfect for beginners, and anyone wanting to explore the numerous health benefits of Tai Chi practice.
